Before booking your photo shoot, it is important to convey your requirements for the shoot so that I can optimise the pricing for you.
This is done so that you to get the most value for your money.
You may also opt for a free, no obligation consultation to discuss your project with me before making a decision.
Once you are ready for a final quotation, the following steps will ensure that you get exactly what you want.
Select "Examples" tab above to view some examples
STEP 1
SUBMIT YOUR PHOTO BRIEF
Your Photo Brief will determine the complexity of the job. From this, I will be able to calculate a realistic time required for the shoot and costing.
If there is anything that is unclear or if you would like my thoughts on certain issues related to your brief, I will gladly discuss these with you at no charge.
Once this process is complete, I will send you a quotation and at this stage, you are still under no obligation to proceed nor will you be liable to pay anything.
A basic Photo Brief guideline is included below.
STEP 2
BOOK THE SHOOT
Once we have agreed your requirements, I will also discuss availability of the studio with you and any related logistics, only then will you be able to book the shoot.
STEP 3
CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
A custom quotation ticket will be generated for your project with a unique booking reference number.
This quotation will contain two values, a booking deposit (if applicable) and a final payment amount.
You will be notified by email of this and once you are ready to confirm your shoot, simply navigate to the "Pay Quotation" Tab.
Select your custom quotation ticket from the list to make your secure payment of the deposit value only.
REVIEW
You will be given the opportunity to review the images and if I have missed anything contained in your brief, I will gladly rectify the problem at no extra charge. You are entitled to two reviews.
FINAL DOWNLOAD
The remaining balance of the initial quotation will be due on completion of the shoot and prior to delivery of the final images.
Your final secure payment can then be made and your final images in the agreed format and resolution will be uploaded to WeTransfer for download

Photo Shoot Brief Guidelines
1) Objectives
Briefly describe the product and objectives of the campaign.
It is very important to outline any key features of the product that need to be highlighted.
Equally important is to indicate if you require a simplistic or complex image to best show off your product.
2) Audience
It is useful to know the demographics of the target audience. This could influence the look of the image to be more
appealing to your target market audience.
3) Extra Items to be included in shot where required
Where the style makes provision for additional items to be included in the shot, these need to be clearly
communicated and identified here.
4) Mood Board
The mood board is usually a drawing or some reference images that indicate the look and feel that you are trying to
create.
If you require background colors to match or compliment the color of your brand or logo, they should be clearly
indicated by their RGB values.
5) Styling
You should give an outline of any specific styling requirements that you would like to see. For example, you may
want the cap of hand cream container removed to show the dispensing mechanism or you may want to include the
packaging in the background etc.
Remember though that the styling may be constrained by the available budget or other factors contained in your
brief.
6) Layout
If Negative Space is required for your infographics, text or branding where appropriate , please indicate its
approximate position. You may also want to include a simple line drawing indicating the position.
Also indicate if a vertical or horizontal image orientation is required (applicable to non square images only)
7) Dimensions and specifications
Image size dimensions required in pixels and where required, maximum file size in Kilobytes.
