Payments
Payments by Credit Card for all customers and EFT option available for SA Customers
All payment transactions will be credited to Barlog Management Systems cc account
Orders
Orders are only processed upon full payment reflecting in our bank account.
Where payment does not reflect within 10 (ten) working days from date that payment notification is received, the order will expire. Funds received after the expiry date will be refunded in full or the expired order may be reinstated at the sole discretion of the shop owner.
Delivery lead times commence on receipt of payment amount reflecting in our bank account.

Images contained on this website as well as any image or work purchased from this site are protected by Copyright and may not be copied, photographed, scanned or reproduced in any form whatsoever.
By using this site or purchasing any of the products listed herein, you commit to abiding by the relevant laws governing Copyright and all other laws applicable to e-commerce and merchandise trading.
Usage
A perpetual single user commercial use license is granted to you upon receipt of payment for the full purchase price.
All Usage Rights and Licenses are cancelled where any order is cancelled and/or any refunds are paid.
You agree that Peter Dooley retains the right to use, at no charge, any image or graphic design or work made by him in the promotion of his business provided that such work or image is not subject to any model release nor building release agreement nor any refunds paid.
Administration/Handling fees
By purchasing any product on this website, you acknowledge that a handling/administration fee may be levied on items purchased from third party vendors or suppliers. All handling/administration fees are included in the product prices indicated.
Handling fees are also applicable to cancelled orders (see cancellation policy)
Value Added Tax
Barlog Management Systems cc is a VAT registered company in South Africa and all prices are subject to VAT and will be added to the final invoice in accordance with South African Tax laws.
A VAT invoice will be issued and where applicable vendor VAT registration numbers are provided, these will be reflected on the VAT invoice (South African clients only)

2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 (seven) days and delivery confirmed by way of E-Mail All goods will thereafter be available for shipping within the time frame as indicated on the product pages
South African Customers: Free shipping is available to South African based customer only.
International Customers: Free shipping to Duly Appointed customer Shipping Agent in South Africa. This service is provided to International customers to avoid extra shipping and customs administration fees. We kindly request all International customers ( non South African ) arrange for their own shipping companies to prepare the required export and customs documentation to accompany the shipment

4. Return and Refunds policy
We are committed to good business practices and comply with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa
The provision of goods and services by Peter Dooley Photography is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Peter Dooley Photography will refund the client in full within 30 days of receipt of payment.
Cancellation of orders by the client after commencement of printing will attract a 75% cancellation fee and cancellation prior to commencement of printing, a 10% administration and processing fee will apply.
Goods that have already been printed and delivered in good order are non-returnable
5. Customer Privacy policy
Barlog Management Systems cc T/A Peter Dooley Photography takes privacy and transparency very seriously. We respect your privacy and will take all reasonable measures to protect it, as more fully detailed below.
PAIA definition
Barlog Management Systems cc shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the bank account of Barlog Management Systems cc bank account, the details of which will be provided on EFT request
7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Barlog Management Systems cc via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks.
DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Barlog Management Systems cc separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.

9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Responsibility
Barlog Management Systems cc takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Barlog Management Systems cc chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under
this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature
12. Variation
Barlog Management Systems cc may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
